owner of the payment card used during the transaction process.
To access the Platform and use the Services, you must register for an
account (the “Account”). By registering, you confirm that you meet the

Giantbit offers virtual currency exchange services, allowing users to
buy and sell cryptocurrencies such as BTC, TRX, and USDT in exchange
for fiat currencies (EUR and USD). Users can submit orders via the
Platform to trade these cryptocurrencies.
The availability of certain Platform features or Services may vary
depending on the user's place of residence, and it is the user's
responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
To place an order, the user must log into their Account, specify the
amount and currency to exchange, choose the cryptocurrency to buy or
sell, and provide an external crypto wallet address. Payments are
processed via debit or credit card, and the transaction will appear as
Giantbit on the user's bank statement.
When purchasing cryptocurrency with a card, users must provide card details (card number, expiration date, and CVV). By submitting this information, you authorize Giantbit and its payment processors to charge your card and receive payment on your behalf.
For card transactions, the minimum purchase amount is 5 EUR or its equivalent in USD.
You agree to pay applicable fees for all cryptocurrency transactions on
the Platform. These fees will be displayed before completing each
transaction and include:

• Platform Fee: Charged for using the Platform's services.
• Network Fee: A fee required for blockchain transactions, based on
market conditions.
Fees for buying cryptocurrency include:
• Processing Fee:
o Cards: 2.5% to 6.6% + EUR 0.45
o Open banking/Sofort: 1.8% + EUR 0.45
• Platform Fee: Up to 0.25%.
• Network Fee: Waived (minimum fee of 0.000053 BTC / 7 USDT
ERC20 / 4 USDT TRC20).
Fees for selling cryptocurrency include:

The network fee is influenced by factors such as blockchain demand,

Giantbit is not responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, or withholding taxes related to your transactions.

of fees paid by you to Giantbit for the Services in the three months

investment and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of

strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government actions, pandemics,

In such an event, Giantbit will make reasonable efforts to notify you of
the situation and resume performance of the Services as soon as
possible.
The Platform and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS
AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express
or implied, including but not limited to:
• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non-infringement.

• Any fraud or illegal activity conducted using your Account, whether
with or without your knowledge.
Giantbit complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and
Know Your Customer (KYC) laws and regulations within the EU. By using
our Platform, you agree to comply with all AML and KYC requirements,
including providing accurate, up-to-date information and supporting
documentation when requested.
Failure to comply with AML or KYC requirements may result in the
suspension or termination of your Account and the freezing of any
associated funds.
Giantbit reserves the right to monitor and report any suspicious
activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
Giantbit reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the
Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law

shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Warsaw, Poland. By using
